1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using unifiedlaser.com (the "Site"), creating an account, placing an order, booking training, or requesting job shop services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Products and Orders
- Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on the Site are provided in good faith but may change without notice and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
- Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
- Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Payments and Financing
- Payment is due at the time of purchase unless separate financing terms have been agreed upon in writing.
- Financing options presented on the Site are subject to approval by the relevant third-party financing provider and their own terms and conditions. Unified Laser is not the lender and is not responsible for financing decisions, terms, or disputes between you and the financing provider.
4. Training Services
- Training sessions ("Bookings") are scheduled subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible; fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, as communicated at time of booking.
- Training is provided for educational purposes on the safe and effective operation of laser equipment. Attendees are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during training.
5. Job Shop Services
- Custom engraving, marking, and cutting ("Job Shop Work") is quoted on a per-project basis. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for Job Shop Work. Unified Laser is not liable for infringement claims arising from customer-submitted materials.
6. Product Use and Safety
- Laser engraving, cutting, and welding equipment can be dangerous if used improperly. Customers are responsible for reading all product documentation, following manufacturer safety guidelines, and complying with applicable laws and regulations (including workplace safety and laser classification requirements) when operating equipment purchased from Unified Laser.
- Unified Laser is not liable for injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Warranties
- Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which will be provided at the time of sale. Unified Laser does not provide additional warranties beyond those stated in writing at time of sale, except as required by law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unified Laser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, products, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and videos — is owned by or licensed to Unified Laser and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment processors, financing partners, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
